Nursery I and Nursery II |

Children are admitted to South Point School in classes Nursery I and Nursery II at the age of 3 years and 4 years, respectively. The general public is informed through advertisement /notification in the newspapers / school notice board / school website in the month of June / July. The registration form along with the prospectus is available at the school office against a stipulated amount in the first week of July. Applications are short-listed on the basis of a random selection, without any screening of children or their parents. |

Transition, Classes I - V |

Depending upon the number of vacancies, children are admitted in Transition to Class V. Parents need to check the school notice board / school website in the month of December. The registration form along with the prospectus is available at the school office against a stipulated amount in the month of January. Applications are short-listed on the basis of a random selection, without any admission test or screening of children or their parents. For admission to Class II and above, the original transfer certificate from the previous school is required |

Class V children automatically graduate to Class VI in High School. |

Classes VI – VIII |
| |
Admission tests are held for Classes VI to VIII as well, only if there are vacancies. The report card and the original transfer certificate in the original from the previous school are required. |

Class XI |
| |
All students clearing the Secondary Examination/ Madhyamik Pariksha from South Point High School may not automatically get enrolled in Class XI since seats are limited in the Plus-Two section.
South Point School organises an orientation programme for parents of Nursery toddlers. Through it, parents find answers to queries regarding clothes, tiffin, hours, studies, games and all that a little beginner comes across every day.
