In South Point High School Physical Education classes are a perfect blend of Yoga,
P.T. and Rock Climbing. Yoga sessions are compulsory for Classes VI to VIII. These sessions
are aimed at helping Pointers with stress management and taking care of their physical and
mental health. Three trainers from the World Yoga Society conduct these once-a-week classes.
Regular P.T. sessions are held for students from Classes I to VIII. |
