Athletic Meet
The Biennial Athletic Meet of the School was held on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Gitanjali Stadium. Smt. R. Sanyal Bhattacharjee, Principal of the School delivered the welcome address. The day took off with the opening song and the school song, presented by the pupils of the School. It was followed by the lighting of the ceremonial torch and the hoisting of the school flag by Shri K. Damani, Trustee, South Point Education Society. Due to some official urgent engagement, the Chief Guest Shri Aroop Biswas, Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Power, Government of West Bengal, could not attend. The opening ceremony also comprised the March Past and oath taking ceremony followed by a Drill display by pupils of Classes VI – VIII of the Morning Session. A Yoga presentation based on an aerobics, by the pupils of Classes VI – VIII of the Afternoon Session, was one of the highlights of this segment. Further a Yoga Dance was presented by a group of 44 boys and girls. Athletes representing six houses participated in 29 track and field events. Some other events like Throwing the Cricket Ball, 50 Mtr. Spoon and Marble Race, 75 Mtr. Skipping Race, Long Jump, Slow Cycling and Passing the Ball had been held earlier. Ashutosh Mukherjee House lifted the Championship trophy while Sister Nivedita House was adjudged the runner-up. Individual Champions in their respective groups were:-

There were races run by members of staff and parents which had the pupils cheering in delight. The closing ceremony began with lowering of the School flag by the Principal, followed by the singing of the National Anthem.
