Two Identity Cards are issued to each pupil of Nursery I to Class V to ensure their safety. Pupils are expected to wear one Identity Card to school everyday. If the pupil is escorted by a uardian/representative, the escort must carry the other card to ensure proper identification. Keeping this in mind, guardians are requested to send one 20×20 mm latest coloured photograph of their ward, with his/her ID No. written on the reverse. The photograph must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the class teacher by December 19, 2019 mentioning the name, class, section and session of their ward in block letters on the envelope.

The Missionaries of Charity have made an appeal to South Point School to help in making Christmas a happy occasion for some under-privileged children in Kolkata. Willing pupils may bring gift packets containing old clothes, toys, soap bars or anything else they wish to give. Food items like biscuits, cakes, etc. should be packed separately. Packets will be collected from the classrooms on December 4 & 5, 2019.
