South Point presents an array of publications, meant for students and guardians. Most of the Nursery books are published by the junior school. These include including pattern-writing and drawing books, English workbooks, the arithmetic series for Nursery I to Class III children, Bengali grammar volumes for Classes IV and V, songbooks with CDs, and the handwriting series in English and Vernacular for Transition to Class V. There are also Ascent, the School Magazine; Pointer, the School newsletter; and Write Now, the High School Wall Magazine.

Pointer, the School magazine, is published twice a year, in Summer and in Winter. It bustles with pupils’ writings, artworks and photography as well as teachers’ profiles and contributions, interviews with the eminent alumni, an adda zone, book sections, recipes, travel tips, handy craftwork and, of course, with updates on all the happenings in the School.
