The Annual Staff Picnic of the School was held on Saturday, January 07, 2022 at Abasar Picnic Garden, Chakraipur, Nilkuthi, Kalitala, P.S. Usthi, 52 Sherpur, Magrahat Road, Chak Raypur, South 24-Parganas.
Inter-school Competition
The South Point High School Cricket Team participated in the SLOBA CUP U/15 Inter-school Cricket Tournament, organised by St. Lawrence High School at their premises from Monday, December 26, 2022 to Sunday, January 08, 2023. In the 1st Match held on 26.12.2022, South Point High School won the match against Vivekananda Mission School by 109 Runs. In the 2nd Match held on 01.01.2023 against St. Lawrence High School, South Point High School won the match by 06 wickets. In the 3rd Match held on 04.01.2023 against Indus Valley World School, South Point High School won the match by 08 wickets and entered in the semi-final. In the semi-finals held on 07.01.2023 against The Heritage School, South Point High School won the match by 12 Runs. In the final held on 08.01.2023, South Point High School team lost the match to St. James School. Four playersof South Point High School were adjudged the Man of the Match in different league / qualifying matches and Samriddha Das Chakraborty of Class VI D (M) was adjudged the Best Bowler of this tournament.
Social Service
A community service was undertaken by the pupils of Class XI on Sunday, January 08, 2023 to mark the death anniversary of the Founder Rector Satikanta Guha. The pupils and teachers visited Navanir, a home for aged, where the pupils served lunch to about 95 inmates. They also had the privilege of interacting with them as well as entertaining the inmates.
