School Uniform


It is compulsory for pupils to wear the School uniform, particulars of which are given below :

Winter Uniform (November 16 to February 15)

A navy blue sweater with knitted yellow bands on the collar and sleeves.

In case required, a navy blue muffler, a navy blue scarf or a navy blue cap may be used. These are also available at the authorized outlets.

A School tie must be worn by both boys and girls of Transition to Class V.

A pair of navy blue bloomers must be worn by all girls from Nursery to Class V

Socks

Prescribed white socks with blue stripes are available at the Book Counter of the School.

Kindly note that only white stockings may be worn by the girls in winter. No leggings of any colour are allowed.

Guardians will be required to deposit the prescribed minimum charges for the uniforms and the karate dress at the School Counters on any working day from March 23, 2015 between 9.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. and collect delivery coupons for the desired number of pieces. They can take the delivery from any of the above outlets at their convenience on payment of the balance sum as applicable to the size chosen. Please note that delivery is strictly against coupons issued by the School.

School Ties and Socks are available at the Book Counter of the School on direct cash payment.

Guardians must ensure that their wards attend classes attired in proper school uniform bought at the authorised outlets only.

Shoes

The school has prescribed the Khadim School Shoes or Bata Gola Tech Velcro Shoes for both boys and girls. The shoes are available at the following Khadim stores:

A pupil not wearing proper uniform, will not be allowed to attend classes.

School Satchels

Though not compulsory, the guardians are advised to consider buying school satchels from the School which are of good quality and available at a fair price.

Boys:Navy blue shorts or trousers for Class VI. Navy blue trousers for Classes VII to XII. White shirts, half-sleeved for summer and full-sleeved for winter. Pin-striped blue shirts, half-sleeved for summer and full-sleeved in winter for Classes XI and XII. All shirts to have the School logo on the pocket. Navy blue sweaters/blazers are to be worn in winter. Plain white socks and “Racer Black” brand of Reebok shoes complete the uniform.
Note:Baggy trousers, bell-bottoms, hipsters and jeans are not allowed. Trousers should have only a pair of pleats. Sleeves are not to be rolled up and buttons left undone. Fancy belts, shoes and belts are not permitted. Plain black belts without fancy clasps are to be worn. Boys are expected to have short, trimmed hair and clean, trimmed nails. The navy blue tie must be worn in School from 1st December to 15th February every year and at all School functions. Wearing House badges is compulsory on every working day.
Girls:White short-sleeved shirts in summer and white full-sleeved shirts in winter for Classes VI to X. Pin-striped blue shirts, short-sleeved for summer, full-sleeved for winter for Classes XI and XII. All shirts to have the School logo on the pocket. Navy blue sweaters/blazers are to be worn in winter. Plain white socks and “Racer Black” brand of Reebok shoes complete the uniform.
Note:Skirts should be worn from the waist and must reach the knees. Only black clips or hair bands may be worn, if needed. Hair should either be shoulder length or neatly tied or plaited with black ribbons. Bangles, rings, nose-studs and fancy earrings are not allowed. Only a simple gold/silver ring/stud is allowed on ears. No nail- polish, kaajal, eyeliners or make-up in School. Nails to be kept trimmed and clean. The navy blue tie must be worn in School from 1st December to 15th February every year and at all School functions. Wearing House badges is compulsory on every working day.

Physical Education Uniform (Classes VI to VIII)

Boys:Classes VI-VIII: T-shirts in House colours with School logo on the pocket.
Classes VI & VIII: Navy blue slacks (with House colour stripes)
Girls:Classes VI-VIII: T-shirts in House colours with School logo on the pocket.
Classes VI & VIII: Navy blue slacks (with House colour stripes) All students are to wear “Racer Black” brand of Reebok shoes with white socks for the P.T. classes.
Note:Students not in proper P.T. uniform cannot attend Physical Education classes/House activity in sports or games. They will wear this uniform only on the Physical Education day and on any other specified day.
